following conditions. If you visit or shop at Vintageteaware, you have
accepted these conditions therefore please read them carefully before made
any booking and deposit payment.
General Information:-
- Most of our item are preloved /second hand
unless it stated .
- Once placed an order online we will email you
the total price include postage & our bank a/c no.
- Payment should be done in 3 days include Saturday
& Sunday , however we can extend the booking if the items is still available.
Pls check with us.
- Please take note that goods sold are not
refundable or exchangeable.
- Choose carefully as we do not refund if you “change
your mind”.
- Please contact us if you are unsure about our
product. We will do our best to describe every item with photos and notes.
Items
damaged during shipping :-
Most of the time this is due to improper packing but
things do happen. However you may choose the option below No 1 or 2 .
- The full deposit payment is refundable or
- We will find the same item back and we can’t
promise how long it will take but you will get it.
Items damaged in post :-
Within Malaysia,Brunei & Singapore while using our selected courier Citilink Express or Pos Laju. Pls read the clause in this link :-
